Acceptable documents include government-issued identification such as a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. Failure to complete verification within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal facilities.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. w33com will not be held liable for losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain appropriate security.
3.2 Notification of Breach. If you believe that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify w33com immediately via the 24/7 live chat or by email to [email protected]. Prompt notification limits the scope of any potential liability.
3.3 Account Inactivity. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. w33com reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee or close inactive accounts, subject to applicable regulations. You will be notified before any fee is applied.
4.1 Supported Payment Methods. w33com supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). w33com reserves the right to modify the available payment methods at any time.
4.2 Minimum Deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. These limits are subject to change at w33com's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. w33com processes withdrawal requests within the timeframe specified for the relevant payment method. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
4.4 Currency. All account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records are denominated in Pakistani Rupees. w33com does not guarantee any particular exchange rate for users who access the platform from outside Pakistan.
4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds to your w33com account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means is strictly prohibited.
5.1 Placing Bets. All bets placed on w33com are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying the details of any bet — including stake, market, and selection — before confirming it. w33com will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of user error unless there is a demonstrable platform fault.
5.2 Void Bets. w33com reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where there is a clear error in the odds, an event is cancelled or abandoned, or where there is evidence of match irregularity or fraud. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
5.3 Game Integrity. All virtual and slot games on w33com use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Live casino games are operated by licensed studios. Results are independently verified for fairness. w33com does not manipulate outcomes.
5.4 Technical Failures. In the event of a mid-game technical failure, w33com's systems record the last confirmed game state. Disputes arising from disconnection or technical issues must be reported within 72 hours of the session.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers are subject to individual promotion-specific terms, which will be published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

6.3 w33com reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means — including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated bonus abuse — will be forfeited and the relevant accounts closed.
6.4 w33com reserves the right to exclude any player from participating in a specific promotion at its discretion.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission.
9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, w33com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
9.2 w33com's total aggregate liability to any user in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 w33com does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily restrict access. w33com will endeavour to minimise disruption and will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where practicable.
10.1 w33com is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion to assist players in managing their gaming activity.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion via the account settings panel or by contacting w33com support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, w33com will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
10.3 w33com does not extend credit to players. You may only bet with funds that you have deposited and that are available in your account balance.

11.1 w33com reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its absolute discretion, with or without notice, where it has reason to believe that:
11.2 Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Deposit funds will generally be returned to the source payment method subject to completion of applicable AML/KYC checks.
11.3 You may close your w33com account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcome.
12.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which w33com holds its operating licence.
12.2 Users acknowledge that they access the platform voluntarily and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws in their own jurisdiction. w33com makes no warranty that its services are lawful in any specific country or territory.
13.1 w33com reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before taking effect, unless a shorter notice period is required for regulatory compliance or security reasons.
13.2 Your continued use of the w33com platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
